I am a husband, father, brother, son, friend, and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints among other things.

I started this blog several years ago to provide thoughts and insights for the youth of my ward as we completed a summer Book of Mormon reading challenge. Since then, I decided to just keep it as something to document what I learn from my study of the scriptures and the gospel for myself and family. I have made it public in case there is anyone else who can be uplifted or inspired by something I share.

My opinions and personal thoughts on the scriptures and doctrine are mine alone, and though I consider myself a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I do not speak for the Church on my blog.
